It happened after my game failed to load during a quickload so I had to kill the process. After that every save for that character would crash the game after 60%. Note: I had native camera mod installed. But starting a new game worked fine with no changes to my mods etc so at first I didn't attribute it to the mod.

Patch 4 - Graphic Bug. Since Patch 4 the game Graphic dont work anymore. Looks like most of the assets dont load including transparency settings of some assets like fog or similar.
