Now, those departments do not appear while scanning. I pushed the entire Sentinel entry for the CLMRN and assigned it a Quick Key but I'm not able to enable that Quick Key.

Welcome! Make sure that the first thing you do is update the firmware. This will give better access to the "Threshold" setting that you will need to manually set for better sound clarity on the CSERN setup!
