Ford f150 door panel removal.
Remove the courtesy lamp at the lower rear end of the panel. There is 1 screw behind the lamp and 1 screw under the P/W switch housing. Remove those 2 screws and lift the door panel straight up to disengage the retaining hooks. Disconnect the courtesy lamp and the speaker and the panel is off. RON. Reply Like.
Jul 4, 2015 · Upper panels all snap in place. the lower panel utilizes bolts. Remove (unsnap) the upper piece off the door, which will show the 2 upper bolts. Side door latch uses 2 10mil head bolts. Background: I'm aware door alignment has been an issue on F-150s for quite awhile, and the panel stamping of aluminum makes the problem even harder. There are several threads on this and other forums on this topic. It is desirable to have the leading panel sit slightly proud of the panel behind it to minimize wind noise, which makes sense.
