UWorld is unquestionably better than Jack Westin, but you should be able to get a 510 without it. If I were you I would go really in-depth on the stuff you got wrong on AAMC. If you got a question on galvanic cells wrong, relearn all of electrochemistry, for instance. Honestly though you should find it easy to improve by 5 points in 9-10 months ...
