It's starting to make a bit more sense as the 300C appears to have active wheel speed sensors, not the self generating Hall effect type. Tom - here's another thing you can try - the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and the Starter relays are identical - they are located in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) which is underhood on the driver's side. Switch the two and see if the problem disappears. If so, then go to the dealer and buy two new relays.
