Good base locations (The Island) I've gotten to the point now where I have quite a few dinos and it's getting pretty annoying to keep track of everything at this point. The dinos constantly keep running all around the place whenever anything hostile approaches but I can't put them to passive since that would eventually just end up killing them ...7. Waterfall (42.9-41.8) This location is inside the waterfall and is the best base location. There is main water in the middle and surrounded by the waterfalls. This whole area seems big and provides good space to build a base. And you can keep the essentials here along with your creatures.
I found two big rocks just West of the wyvern trench in a little bay. I’ve built my base spanning the two. There’s beaver dams nearby and water to cruise around with my water tames.
