InO is not actually very good in P4G. Arguably he was useful in P4 for the bonus boss fight because of all of his resists, but other than that... meh. His stats are all maxed out, so there really isn't anything that doesn't work with him. Fire, ice, physical etc are all good. Of course, hassou tobi is probably a good choice. tbh tho he isn't really a very accessible persona. You have to be like level 90 to fuse him. No Persona, other than the later game ones, are worth keeping really. You need to be fusing constantly, once a Persona learns all of its skills (and even before then really) it's time to move on and fuse it off. I stuck it out with my Izanagi and got him to level 99 with all stats at 99. Took awhile but was worth it IMO. But - If youre into trophies, you can at least get one for creating him, if not, Izanagi No Okami is pretty much just for show now that we can get Magatsu Izanagi, and have skill cards for regular Izanagi to become stronger.
