MOHELA lost two of my PSLF applications. Like the title says. Mailed my initial application in July of 2022, via certified mail. USPS tracking shows it was delivered. Months go by, and I have zero luck getting in contact with customer service. To be on the safe side, I decide to mail a backup application in October before the waiver deadline.
