I have loaded a few different loads and the final adjustments I make to the charge bar (powder and shot) to get the right weights is not what the factory settings are suppose to be.

Trap commander wads fit well in a Federal hull with 1 - 20ga card (all 1/8") then a 16 ga card but they were not the most accurate from smoothbore but ok from rifled gun. You are safe using 7/8 oz suggested loads with your powders.
Titewad is a great powder for your purposes. It is dense and you will likely need a taller wad in many loadings. It's a good fit in the smallish capacity WWAAHS hulls. The only issue I've seen with ultra fine grained Titewad is it has a tendency to "drool" small amounts of powder between the bottle and the top of the charge bar.

The rubber washer or grommet. I've reloaded a bazillion shotgun shells with a Mec 600. There is a rubber washer that goes in between the powder and shot canisters and the charge bar. Some could use metal but mine was always rubber. Good 'ol Mec. Rubber ring take it apart and inspect it, maybe needs replaced.

Whoops- it's TITEWAD. As the title indicates, I boneheaded a Titegroup purchase and ended up with Titewad. Weelll, as it turns out, there is no pistol data available from Hogdon for this powder, so I will be investigating this blind. Now, before I use this as expensive fertilizer or turn a fine gun into parts, it behooves me to do some research.I have also found reloading data on Alliant .410 but have not found any commentary from anyone who has tried this powder. From a pure cost standpoint, Alliant .410 is the cheapest per pound and also gives the most shells per pound.
